Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of the Company have the pleasure of announcing the appointment of Mr Alastair Barbour as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr Barbour will also be appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company.

Mr Barbour is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years experience spent auditing and advising Boards of Directors and executive management of public companies and groups in the UK and internationally, principally in the financial services industry.  Previously, he was a senior partner of KPMG having been with that organisation between 1985 and 2011.

Mr. Barbour has in the last five years, and continues to be, a Director of the following companies:

·; Liontrust Asset Management PLC

·; Standard Life European Private Equity Trust PLC

Mr Barbour had no other directorships within the last five years.

Anthony Taylor, Chairman of the Company, said: "I am delighted that Alastair has agreed to join us. The appointment will further strengthen the Board's commercial and financial experience and complement the executive management team."

Mr Barbour has nothing further to declare in relation to paragraph 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.
