Total Voting Rights
Pursuant to the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 8,784,286 ordinary shares of 25p each with voting rights, of which 17,400 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 8,766,886.
The above figure (8,766,886) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
