Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
On 16 December 2022 Ian Hawksworth, Chief Executive of the Company, undertook the following transactions in the Company's shares:
i) Exercise of 176,403 nil cost options awarded in respect of deferred annual bonuses and sale of sufficient of the shares to cover income tax and national insurance liabilities at £1.028 per share.
ii) Sale of an additional £20,000 worth of shares at £1.028 per share and purchase by Ian Hawksworth's SIPP of 19,355 shares at a price of £1.0274 per share.
Following these transactions, Ian Hawksworth's interests in shares in the Company have increased from 909,492 shares to 1,002,628 shares, which represents 0.118% of the issued share capital.
