Concert Party update
The Company announces that the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers has confirmed that Mike Biddulph can now be excluded as a member of the Burt Concert Party, as defined by the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
Following Mike Biddulph's exit from the Burt Concert Party, the Burt Concert Party has interests in 5,153,272 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.15 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
