NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2R OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES

The Company received notification on 14 August 2014 pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the following Director's interests in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company:

Hugh Scott-Barrett

To reallocate and acquire shares across his holdings Hugh Scott-Barrett acquired 350,000 shares at an average purchase price of 46.69p and sold 250,000 shares at an average sale price of 46.37p, both on 14 August 2014. The acquired shares were purchased through a Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).

Hugh Scott-Barrett's beneficial holding following the transactions has increased by 100,000 to 1,932,054 shares.

Kenneth Ford

To reallocate shares across his holdings Kenneth Ford acquired and sold 319,149 shares at a price of 46.25p on

14 August 2014. The acquired shares were purchased through a SIPP.

Kenneth Ford's beneficial holding following the transaction remained at 1,898,581 shares.
