Northern Petroleum Plc ("Northern" or "the Company") Director's ShareholdingsNorthern Petroleum Plc (AIM:NOP) advises that as contractually agreed,following the one year anniversary of his appointment as Chief OperatingOfficer, Mr Keith Bush has been awarded 200,000 warrants for shares in theCompany exercisable at 100 pence by the Company.
These warrants are exercisable immediately and expire on October 2015.
Following this award, Mr Bush holds 275,000 warrants.
