BTG plc - Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In accordance with FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, BTG plc (the "Company") notifies that as at 1 July 2019:

1. the Company's issued share capital consists of 388,240,576 Ordinary shares of 10p each admitted to trading, and each with one vote;

2. no shares held in treasury by the Company, and

3. the total number of shares in issue in the Company with voting rights is therefore 388,240,576 which figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
