Further to the Company's announcements of 8 July, 14 July, 11 August, 12 Augustand 20 October, 2014, the Company announces that it has been informed that on29 January, 2015, the United States District Court for the Northern District ofCalifornia, San Jose Division, issued an order denying the Company's motion fora judgment as a matter of law, or, alternatively, for a new trial. Apple'smotion for judgment as a matter of law, which was submitted conditionally uponthe success of the Company's motions, was denied as well by the court as moot.
