EMBLAZE LTD (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or the "Company") Company Update Herzeliya, Israel, 6 January 2014. Capitalised terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company'sannouncements of 4 November 2013 and 27 November 2013, as applicable. Further to the Company's announcements of 17 December 2013 and 30 December2013, on 5 January 2013 the Court confirmed its decision of 17 December 2013 touphold the competing offer of the consortium led by Eduardo Elsztain and MottiBen-Moshe in respect to the acquisition of control of IDB. The Company, together with the other Consortium Members, yesterday filed amotion to the Court for the immediate release of the funds previously depositedby the Consortium Members in escrow, and with the Court, with respect to theProposed Transaction. Accordingly, since the Company is no longer contemplating the ProposedTransaction, the Company is consulting with the UKLA with respect to thelifting of the suspension of trading in its ordinary shares..
