Braveheart was notified on 7 March 2022 that Trevor Brown of Braveheart, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, has purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of ÂŁ0.115 per share. Trevor Brown now holds a total beneficial interest in 3,976,013 Ordinary Shares (equivalent to 7.61 per cent. of the Company's voting rights).
