Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity and TVR

BlueRock Diamonds (AIM: BRD) announces that it has allotted 607,625 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of 157,625 share options by Paul Beck (Non-executive Chairman) at an exercise price of 18 pence per Ordinary Share and 450,000 share options by Riaan Visser (Chief Executive Officer) at an exercise price of 14 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Options"). The funds received by the Group will be used to support working capital.
Application has been made for the 607,625 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on or about 8.00 a.m. on 30 July 2015 ("Admission").
Following Admission, Paul Beck will have a beneficial interest in 1,740,625 Ordinary Shares representing 5.42% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company. Included in Mr Beck's beneficial interest are 410,000 Ordinary Shares held by Front Square Securities Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr Beck and his wife and of which Mr Beck is a director.
Following Admission, Riaan Visser will have a beneficial interest in 650,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.02% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following Admission its issued share capital will consist of 32,132,666 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Following the exercise of the Options, the Company has the following share options in issue, exercisable until 4 September 2018, representing 12.83% of the Company's issued share capital following Admission:
