The Company has today been informed that, John Kilham, Chief Technical Officer of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 February 2015 at a price of 11.5 pence per share.

Following completion of the share purchase, John Kilham and his wife, Mrs Maryke Kilham, hold through a joint account a beneficial interest in 300,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.95 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
