DIVIDEND PAYMENT
The following amendment has been made to the 'Preliminary Results' announcement released on 8 March 2016 at 07:00 under RNS Number 3228R (the "Preliminary Results").
Brammer plc advises that correct dividend payment date is 8 July 2016 not the 3 July 2016 as detailed on page 21 of the Preliminary Results.
All other details of the original announcement remain unchanged.
Therefore the relevant dates concerning the payment of the final dividend are:
