Name of PDMR or connected persons: Mr Paul Thwaite and Mr Steven Hodkinson

· The Company was notified on 25 February 2014 that on 25 February 2014 Mr Thwaite purchased 13,933 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into his ISA at a price of 470p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Thwaite's total interest in the issued share capital of the Company has increased to 1,038,806 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.8803% of the issued share capital of the Company.

· The Company was notified on 25 February 2014 that on 25 February 2014 Mr Hodkinson had purchased 5,230 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into his SIPP at a price of 471.50p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Hodkinson's total interest in the issued share capital of the Company has increased to 22,029 shares of 20p each representing 0.0186% of the issued share capital of the Company.
