Brammer PLC27 September 2007 BRAMMER PLC DIRECTORS/ PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons discharging ManagerialResponsibility or Connected Persons Brammer plc ("the Company") announces that on 26 September 2007 it was informedthat awards over 11,774 ordinary shares were granted on 24 September 2007 underthe Company's Performance Share Plan to Jochen Diehm, a person dischargingmanagerial responsibilities ("PDMR"). The Performance Share Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual generalmeeting in April 2002. The PDMR is not required to make any payment for the shares, which shall vest onthe achievement of performance targets. The performance targets will be measuredover a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2007.
