The Company was notified on 1 December 2014 that between 28 November 2014 and 1 December 2014 Mr Trend purchased a total of 2,914 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at an average price of 290.507p per share.

Following these transactions, the total interest of Mr Trend and a person connected to Mr Trend in the issued share capital of the Company has increased to 121,367 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.09378% of the issued share capital of the Company.
