Name of PDMR or connected persons: Mr Nigel Trend and a person connected to Mr Trend

The Company was notified on 29 July 2014 that on 29 July 2014:

· Mr Trend disposed of 898 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at an average price of 415.79p per share;

· Mr Trend purchased 1593 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into his NISA at an average price of 420.57p per share; and

· Mr Trend purchased 1758 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into his SIPP at an average price of 420.81p per share.

Following these transactions, the total interest of Mr Trend and a person connected to Mr Trend in the issued share capital of the Company has increased to 117,453 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.09083% of the issued share capital of the Company.
