Brammer announces that Charles Irving-Swift has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of O&S Doors Limited with immediate effect.As a result of this appointment, Mr Irving-Swift will be stepping down from the board of Brammer plc on the later of 31 December 2016 or the extraordinary general meeting contemplated under the rule 2.7 announcement released earlier today.
