Brammer PLC28 June 2005 PRESS RELEASEFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 28 June 2005 BRAMMER plc BOARD CHANGE Brammer plc is pleased to announce that with effect from 1 September 2005, MrSvante Adde will be appointed to the Board as a non executive director. MrAdde (49), a Swedish national living in London, has a wide range banking andindustrial background and is currently Managing Director of Compass AdvisersLtd., in London. Prior to Compass, he was CFO of Ahistrom Corporation andworked from 1989 to 2003 at Lazard in corporate finance latterly as ManagingDirector. Svante Adde is also a non executive director of KCI Konecranes and Metso, bothlisted Finnish Companies.
