Grant of options to Executive Directors

Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") (LSE: BQE) announces that Nick Adams, Group Chief Executive of Bioquell, and Michael Roller, Group Finance Director, have been awarded options in accordance with the rules of the Bioquell Executive Share Option Schemes ("Options") over Bioquell ordinary shares with an exercise price of 120.5p.

Mr Adams has been awarded 254,000 Options. Mr Roller has been awarded 159,000 Options.

In order for the Options to vest Bioquell has to report earnings per share growth of RPI plus 7.5% compounded over three years.
