bwin.party Shares Trust - Purchase of 300,000 bwin.party Shares
bwin.party announces that on 17 June 2011 the bwin.party Shares Trust (the "Trust") purchased 300,000 bwin.party ordinary shares of 0.015 pence each (the "Shares") at an average price of 135.13 pence per share. Funds to carry out this purchase were gifted to the Trust by the Company and these Shares will be used to satisfy share awards made in accordance with the Company's remuneration policy.
As a result of this purchase, the Trust holds 5,085,330 Shares. The Trust has waived its voting rights in respect of the Shares it holds and therefore excluding these Shares from the 852,909,271 Shares in issue, there are 847,823,941 voting rights for the purposes of determining if shareholders are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, bwin.party under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
