Transaction in own shares
bwin.party announces that on 1 June 2012 it purchased, through Numis Securities, 331,500 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 120.56 pence per share. The highest price paid was 121.20 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 120.00 pence per share.
Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 37,165,372 shares for cancellation, since 6 September 2011 when the buy-back programme commenced. The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 817,194,509 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 811,162,933 (total number of shares in issue minus 6,031,576 shares held by the employee benefit trust (bwin.party Shares Trust) in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
