Directorate Change
This release replaces the previous 'Directorate Change' announcement issued on 19 February 2009. The announcement issued first was a duplicate of the 'Directorate Change' release issued on 19 January 2009.
The Board of Directors of PartyGaming has today been given notice by John Davy, Non-Executive Director, of his intention to resign as a Director for personal reasons. Mr Davy will remain a Director until his successor has been selected and therefore the effective date of his resignation will be announced in due course.
