PartyGaming Plc22 December 2006 22 December 2006 PartyGaming Plc Board Change PartyGaming Plc, the world's largest listed online gaming company, announcestoday that Janos Libor has agreed to step down as a non-executive director withimmediate effect. Mr Libor was appointed to the Board by two of the Company's founders in October2005 and has agreed to step down in order to maintain the balance of independentand non-independent directors (excluding the Chairman) on the Company's Board,as required by the Combined Code on Corporate Governance. This follows theannouncement made on 14th December 2006 that Brian Larcombe and Nigel Kenny areto step down as independent non-executive directors at the end of this year.
