Report 84/2012: Providing Mr Dariusz Baran - shareholder of the Bank with information regarding the Bank outside the general shareholders' meeting by the Management Board of the Bank, in response to his request contained in the letter dated 12 November 2012.
The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs, that on 20 th December, 2012 in response to the letter dated 12 November 2012 from Mr Dariusz Baran, in which acting as a shareholder of the Bank he asked the Bank for information, whether the Bank filed a lawsuit demanding remedy of damage against the Members of Bank Management Board, on the basis of the resolution of the Bank Management Board of December 11, 2012 the Management Board of the Bank sent to Mr. Dariusz Baran the letter, in which he informed him that, due to the lack of any factual and legal grounds, the Bank did not file a lawsuit demanding remedy of damage against the Members of Bank Management Board.
Legal basis:
§ 38 item 1 point 12) of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of the 19 th of February 2009 regarding current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
