UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATIONReport 31/2011: Complaint about decision on refusing to furnish a securityManagement Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. (“Bank”) informs that Bank received a complaint from its shareholder concerning the decision of the Circuit Court in Warsaw of 30 May 2011 dismissing this shareholder’s petition to the Court to secure the plaint of this shareholder for repealing resolution no. 10 of the Ordinary General Meeting of 19 April 2011 on distribution of Bank’s net profit for 2010 by issuing a decision prohibiting the Bank to pay the dividend until the dispute is legally resolved.In Bank’s opinion, the complaint put forward by this shareholder is groundless.Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister’s Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
