Report 59/2008: Changes in the composition of the Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A.
The Supervisory Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. on the meeting held on 4th June 2008 appointed Mr. Andrzej Kopyrski to the position of Vice President of the Management Board for the current common term of office of the Management Board. Vice President A.Kopyrski shall supervise Corporate Banking, Markets and Investment Banking Division.
At the same time as of today Mr. Christopher Kosmider resigned from the position of Vice President and Member of the Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A. Mr. Christopher Kosmider didn't inform about the reasons of resignation.
In this connection, as of 4th June 2008 the composition of the Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A. is as follows:
Jan Krzysztof Bielecki - President of the Management Board, CEO,
Luigi Lovaglio - First Vice President of the Management Board, General Manager,
Paolo Iannone - Vice President of the Management Board,
Andrzej Kopyrski - Vice President of the Management Board,
Katarzyna Niezgoda - Vice President of the Management Board,
Grzegorz Piwowar - Vice President of the Management Board,
Marian Wazynski - Vice President of the Management Board.
