PDMR Share Options
The Company announces that on 19 October 2012 the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") were granted options over ordinary 25p shares under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme. The options were granted at a price of 302.27pence per ordinary 25 pence share for the period as set out below. No amounts were paid for the grant of these options.
