Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
British Polythene Industries PLC ("the Company") announces that the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") have sold ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company following the exercise of options granted to them on 2 June 2010 under the Company Share Option Plan at an exercise price of 217p per share as detailed below.

The shares were allotted to the PDMRs, following exercise of their options in Greenock, on 4 June 2013. The sales all took place in London on 4 June 2013. Following the transactions:-
1. David Duthie's total holding of shares in the Company is 50,082 (0.19% of the Company's total issued capital);
2. Andrew Green's total holding of shares in the Company remains unaltered at 20,235 shares (0.08% of the Company's total issued capital);
3. Michael Huyghe's holding of shares in the Company remains unaltered at 35,970 shares (0.13% of the Company's total issued capital); and
4. David Pendlebury's total holding of shares in the Company is 40,587 (0.15% of the Company's total issued capital).
