Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
British Polythene Industries PLC ("the Company") announces for the purposes of DTR 3.1.4R that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") have acquired ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company following the exercise of options granted to them in 2012 under the Company Share Option Plan per share as detailed below.

The shares were allotted to the PDMRs, following exercise of their options, in Greenock on 7 March 2016. Following the exercise of options:
1. David Harris's total holding of shares in the Company increased to 168,658 shares (approximately 0.616% of the Company's total issued capital);
2. David Duthie's total holding of shares in the Company increased to 136,266 (approximately 0.497% of the Company's total issued capital); and
3. Hilary Kane's total holding of shares in the Company is 3,000 shares (approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued capital).
