Bonhill Group Plc (AIM: BONH), a leading B2B media business specialising in three key areas: Business Information, Events and Data & Analytics, announces that Anne Donoghue, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Board that, due to a new full-time commitment, she will resign as a director of the Company with effect from 30 September 2021. A search process for a new Non-Executive Director is under way and a further announcement regarding Anne's replacement will be made in due course.

The Board of Bonhill wishes to thank Anne for her contribution over the past few years and to wish her well in her future endeavours.
