Total Voting Rights
Baron Oil (AIM: BOIL), the oil and gas company with a strategy of exploring near-term drilling opportunities in established producing areas, announces, that following the issue of 550,000,000 new Ordinary Shares during the month ended 30 June 2019, the Company's total issued share capital, as at the date of this announcement, comprises 1,926,409,576 Ordinary Shares of 0.0025p each with full voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury, therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with full voting rights is 1,926,409,576.
The above figure of 1,926,409,576 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
