Correction to Date in Circular
Further to the announcement of 24 May 2018, and the posting of a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") containing notice of the resolutions to be considered at the AGM (the "Notice"), the Company announces that, due to a clerical error, the record date stated in Note 1 of the Notes to the Notice (on page 6 of the Circular) was incorrectly stated as 21 June 2018 when it should have in fact stated 18 June 2018. As this is a clerical error, no new Notice will be sent out, but the amended Circular has been uploaded to the Company's website www.baronoilplc.com and will be available for inspection at the Company's registered address (Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9EE) for a period from the date of this notification up to and including the date of the AGM, being 20 June 2018.
