The Board of Baron announces, in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has today been notified by Dr Malcolm Butler, a non-executive director of the Company, that Max Petroluem plc, a company on whose board Dr Butler was a non-executive director until 23 December 2015, was placed into administration on 23 May 2016.
