Election of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson /

Changes in the Board and Board Committees Composition

Nicosia, 26 May 2020

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company ("BOC Holdings" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), and Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited (the "Bank") at their corresponding meetings held today, 26 May 2020 re-elected Mr Efstratios-Georgios (Takis) Arapoglou as Chairperson. At the same meetings, Mrs Lyn Grobler was elected as Vice-Chairperson to the Board of Directors on each of these Boards, succeeding Mr Maksim Goldman.

Furthermore, the below composition of the Board Committees was approved effective as of 1 June 2020:

The participation of Mr Nicos Sofianos in the Audit Committee and the Risk Committee will be effective on the date of approval of his Board Membership by the European Central Bank. Until this date, the Audit Committee will be temporarily chaired by Mr Ioannis Zographakis.
