Zambian Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA) Update

BMR Mining PLC, the Zambian-focused mineral processing business, is pleased to provide an update on its lead and zinc tailings re-treatment project in Kabwe.

J A Consultancy has submitted BMR's draft Environmental and Social Impact Assessment ("ESIA") application to ZEMA. This draft application will be reviewed and commented on by ZEMA. The Company will continue to hold regular meetings with ZEMA throughout this review process.

In the meantime, BMR will continue to develop its engineering plans and to source the necessary equipment for the Pilot and Main Plants.
