Update on Offer for Subscription
Following the announcement made on 5 August 2021, the Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") has discussed the size and structure of the proposed offer for subscription which the Company intends to launch in conjunction with Baronsmead Venture Trust plc ("BVT") (the "Offer") with the Company's investment manager. Having considered the deployment of funds over the year and the current pipeline of investment opportunities, each of the Company and BVT is seeking to raise £25 million with the discretion to utilise an over-allotment facility of up to a further £12.5 million each.
The prospectus, which will contain the full details and terms and conditions of the Offer, will be available from www.www.baronsmeadvcts.co.uk as soon as the Offer is launched, which is expected to be towards the beginning of November 2021. Further details with respect to the Company's Offer will be announced in due course.
