Director's Interest

On 21 November 2013, Mrs Elizabeth A Y Hanna, wife of Ronnie Hanna, a Director and Chairman of the Company, sold 310,135 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at 42 pence per share. These shares were previously gifted to Mrs Hanna by her husband on 12 September 2013.

The Company also announces that the following share purchase was made by a Director of Bowleven plc:-

Ronnie Hanna, Director and Chairman of the Company, acquired 310,135 ordinary shares in the Company on 21 November 2013 at a price of 42.025 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Ronnie Hanna's interest in shares in the Company remained unchanged at 330,135 shares, representing 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company as at today's date.
