The Board of Belvoir (AIM:BLV),ย one of the UK's largest lettings franchises, announces that a circular containing a notice of general meeting ("General Meeting") has been posted to shareholders in connection with the acquisition of Goodchilds Estate Agents and Lettings Limited and the Conditional Placing, announced on 5 October 2015.

The General Meeting will be at the offices of Buchanan Communications Limited at 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 22 October 2015.
