Exercise of Options

Total Voting Rights
Belvoir Group PLC (AIM:BLV), a leading UK property franchise and financial services Group, announces that it has allotted 12,324 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options by a group employee.
Application will be made for the 12,324 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 20 February 2023 ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 37,304,437 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 37,304,437. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
