The Company announces that, following the vesting of a conditional share award under the Company's performance share plan (as notified to the market on 1 October 2020) Matt Jones, Chief Executive Officer, sold 131,232 Ordinary Shares on 6 October 2020 to cover his tax liability in relation to the award.
