Ian Donald Powell will join the main Board as Executive Director in the role of CEO of Aftermarket Services. Mr Powell, age 54, was previously Group Managing Director of Regenersis in the period 2011-2013, prior to that he has been CEO of Chapelthorpe plc, and Chairman Chairman/Chief Executive of several businesses where he held material equity stakes. In the last 5 years, Mr Powell has held the following Directorships:

Patrick J Clawson will join the main Board as Executive Director as CEO of Digital Security Software. Mr Clawson, aged 51, was previously Chairman/CEO of Lumension, a US endpoint security software business. In the last 5 years, Mr Clawson has held the following Directorships:

Thomas Kevin Skelton will join the main Board as Non Executive Director. Mr Skelton, aged 54, is the current CEO of Surescripts, a market leading software business which enables over six billion annual e-prescriptions and other healthcare transactions in the USA. Until recently, he had been a non-executive director of Micro Focus International Plc since 2006. Mr Skelton has no current shareholding or share option or incentive plan awards in Regenersis.
