Billing Services Group Limited15 August 2005 15 August 2005 Billing Services Group Limited ("the Company") Issue of Equity - Update Further to the announcement made on 9 August 2005 that the Company has appliedfor 72,000,000 common shares of $ 1.00 each (the "Placing Shares") to beadmitted to trading on AIM, the Placing Shares are now expected to be soadmitted by no later than 16 August 2005 and the Company's acquisition of EDSInteroperator Services GmbH and certain associated assets completed on or beforesuch date.
