Director Change

BSG, a leading provider of telecommunications clearing and financial settlement products, Wi-Fi data solutions and verification services, announces the appointment of Jason Randall Wolff as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Wolff will serve as Hawkeye Capital Management's shareholder representative.

Mr. Wolff is the President of Frontier Radio Management Inc. ("Frontier"), a private investment vehicle which together with its affiliates owns and operates twenty-six radio stations in California, Arizona and Hawaii as well as television stations in California and Idaho. Prior to founding Frontier, Mr. Wolff spent nearly ten years as a direct investor working for traditional private equity funds, hedge funds and private family investment groups. Previously Mr. Wolff was an investment analyst at The Baupost Group where he was responsible for a broad range of liquid and illiquid investments.

Mr. Wolff was born and raised in Los Angeles and received a B.A. in English with distinction from Yale College and J.D. from Yale Law School.

* All of these companies, together with their subsidiaries, are managed by Frontier Radio Management Inc., of which Mr. Wolff is President and controlling shareholder. As such, although not being an officially appointed director of these companies, he does exercise a degree of control over them.
