The Company also announces today the resignation of Peter Shanahan Walker from the Board with immediate effect. Mr Davies has been involved with the gsm clearing industry almost since itsinitiation as founding CEO of CIBERNET plc in 1996. As the former non-executiveChairman of United Clearing and various management roles within O2, Mr Davies'experience encompasses both sides of the clearing and settlements industry. MrDavies was also, previously, Chief Operating Officer with Genie, Europe'sleading mobile internet operator and he has also been a Board Advisor to a broad range of technology businesses. He is a Chartered Electrical Engineer(Ceng) and has a BSc (1st Hons) in Computer Science.
