Director/PDMR Shareholding
Bilby Plc, a leading gas heating, electrical and building services provider, was notified on 16 September 2020 that Odyssean Enterprises Ltd, an entity closed associated with Sangita Shah, Non-Executive Chair of Bilby, purchased 111,111 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 September 2020 at a price of 18 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Sangita Shah and her persons closely associated are interested in 719,622 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.23 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
