The Company announces that Joanna Dentskevich, a non-executive director of the Company, has given notice that she will be stepping down from her role on the board of directors of the Company with effect from 31 October 2017.
The Company is currently actively involved in recruiting two new non-executive Directors and will announce the appointment of the new directors following receipt of JFSC approval.
The Board would like to thank Joanna for her contribution to the Company since IPO in 2014 and wish her every success in her future endeavours.
