BETTER CAPITAL PCC LIMITED 2012 Cell and 2009 Cell

The Board of Better Capital PCC Limited has been advised by BECAP12 GP Limited, the general partner of BECAP12 Fund LP ("2012 Fund") of recent trading underperformance in certain of the 2012 Fund portfolio companies. Reflecting this, it is presently anticipated that the Net Asset Value at 30 September 2015, in respect of the 2012 Cell, will show a decline in the region of 20 per cent.

It is not anticipated that there will be a material change in the Net Asset Value of the 2009 Cell.

Further details will be provided in the Interim Results currently expected to be released on 25 November 2015.
