BCA Marketplace plc ("BCA" or the "Company") announces that Mr James Corsellis and Mr Mark Brangstrup Watts have resigned from the Board of the Company as Directors of BCA with immediate effect. Mr Corsellis and Mr Brangstrup Watts were elected to the Board of BCA as non-independent, non-executive Directors on 4 July 2014.
The Board recognises the respective contributions of Mr Corsellis and Mr Brangstrup Watts since the Company's inception.
