CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
Beale PLC (the "Company") announces that Stuart Lyons CBE, a non-executive director and board nominee of Panther Securities PLC, has decided to step down from the Board due to other commitments with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Stuart for his contribution over the past six months.
Stuart has been replaced by Simon Peters as a non-executive director. Simon joined Panther Securities PLC in 2004 and became a director in 2005. Between 1999 and 2004 Simon was with KPMG. Between April 2010 and April 2013 Simon was a non-executive director at Beale PLC.
Will Tuffy said "We are pleased to welcome Simon Peters back onto the Board".
There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of the listing rules.
